Delivery Information

Please Note:  We currently fulfil orders purchased to be delivered in the UK only.

All shipping cost is covered by the customer and all orders are processed here in the UK at the Fulfilment centre. ( Unless Otherwise is stated on the website / product page / during checkout )

Shipping cost will depend upon the type of product / products ordered ( if multiple products on same order). / Product weight / Size.

All details of shipping costs and the final amount will be displayed at checkout. This will usually be a standard rate unless for the reasons stated above.

Our current processing time to dispatch an order is within 2 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was placed.

Please note, during peak times it can take longer than stated above to process and dispatch your order.

Once Dispatched you should get your order between 2-5  working days. (Monday - Friday. excluding bank Holidays).

Please be aware that these are guidelines, real time delivery may be influenced by many factors beyond our control.

Should you be waiting longer to receive your parcel than the stated above time frames  please let us know through e-mail: butifique@outlook.com and we will look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
